  • Dynamic Stretch

    A 50-minute total body stretching class incorporating standing and mat stretches. Stretching may be static or dynamic, utilizing bands and contraction/relaxation methods to improve range of motion and flexibility.

  • Sculpt

    In this class, you will perform strength training exercises for all muscle groups and the core, utilizing dumbbells, weighted bars, medicine balls, and more! Get the most out of your time in the gym with this full body workout.

  • Strength Circuit

    This class combines intervals of cardio exercises and strength training to provide you with the ultimate workout! You’ll alternate between “work” and “rest” intervals, working your way through the full-body circuit of exercises.
